Newly constructed owner occupied 2unit properties are eligible for the Shared Appreciation Mortgage. Eligible, newly constructed property types include: 

  • Single-family dwellings 

  • Single-family dwellings with one accessory dwelling unit 

  • Manufactured homes on a permanent foundation that are converted to real property 

  • Owner-occupied duplexes 

  • Condominiums.
