For KHC Mortgage Customers
Making a Mortgage Payment
We highly encourage you to use our online or automated phone system to make payments.
If you must bring a payment to the office:
- You may place your payment in our secure drop box, located just inside the main entrance. This is available 24/7.
- Please bring your monthly payment coupon(s) with you.
- Write your loan number on your check or money order.
For your safety, please do not bring cash. We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks.
In-Person Assistance
If you need in-person assistance from our Mortgage Servicing staff (e.g., for insurance claims or loss mitigation), please call ahead to schedule an appointment. This ensures that the appropriate staff will be available to assist you.

For Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Participants
Using the Online Resources
Most of your needs can be met online or by contacting KHC’s Tenant Assistance Programs (TAP) team.
In-Person Assistance
Should you prefer to visit our main office, please note:
- We have a device in our main lobby that may be used for completing your annual and interim recertifications.
- HCV staff will be able to assist upon request. The front desk staff can provide additional guidance based on your visit.
To ensure the safety of our staff and our guests, all visitors and vendors who enter beyond the main building lobby must register at the front desk.
All visitors must wear a visitor identification sticker while on KHC's campus. Please sign in upon arrival and sign out upon leaving.

Parking and Entrances
- For guests making mortgage payments or other business matters, there are visitor spaces in the front of KHC’s main building where you can enter.
- For guests attending large meetings, the first two rows of parking will be available just outside of the west annex building, across from the main building. Signs stating "Reserved Parking" will be posted the day of the meeting for your convenience to help you locate the proper parking area.

Tobacco-Free Campus
KHC is a tobacco-free campus. Therefore, there are no smoking receptacles located on the property. Cigarettes, smokeless tobacco products, and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
