RentCafé Portals
Kentucky Housing Corporation’s (KHC) RentCafé portals, are utilized with the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Project-Based Voucher, and Moderate Rehabilitation Programs. HCV RentCafé provides convenient, online access to an array of key services for applicants, residents, and landlords. The portals provide enhanced customer service by providing more online resources 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ability to manage accounts online, and reduce the need to request information in person or over the telephone.

Tenant RentCafé
The Tenant RentCafé provides tenants with online access to:
- View basic resident information.
- Complete online Recertifications and Report Changes.
- See information on scheduled and completed biennial inspections.
- View rent letters.
- Find caseworker contact information.
- Complete online briefing (once determined eligible for a voucher).

Owner RentCafé
The Owner RentCafé provides landlords with online access to:
- View basic owner information.
- See ledger showing KHC HAP payments.
- View biennial unit inspection information.
- See a list of your leased units.
- View current electronic funds transfer (EFT) Set-up.
- Find caseworker contact information.
Are You a Landlord?
Besides the RentCafé portal, KHC offers a dedicated resource center for landlords who currently rent to HCV participants, as well as those looking for pre-qualified tenants through KHC’s voucher programs.
