The 2026 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference (KAHC) will be held Wednesday and Thursday, August 5-6, 2026, at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
#KAHC26 is hosted by KHC and addresses the many facets for affordable housing in the Commonwealth — single-family development, multifamily development, homeownership, housing counseling, energy efficiency, and housing for special populations.
Last year was a dynamic conference full of great conversations that we want to continue in 2026! This year's theme is "Framing Kentucky's Future;" join us as we discuss ways the Commonwealth can contineu to accelerate housing production, new ways to think about partnerships, and working in times of uncertainty.
