Partner with Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) to provide quality housing and enjoy the benefits of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, including reliable monthly payments and a pool of potential renters. We help you list your vacant units and provide the support you need to make your property a success.
What to Know
- KHC uses federal HAP contracts to provide rental assistance in the HCV Program, also known as Section 8.
- Landlords receive the HAP portion of the tenant's payment from KHC monthly on behalf of Section 8 families.
- At a minimum, each contract unit is inspected biennially but is expected to always meet NSPIRE standards.

All units are inspected to meet standards. Find pre-recorded trainings, learn
about the inspection process, and download a request for a pre-inspection.
