Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), as the Collaborative Applicant for the Kentucky Balance of State Continuum of Care (KY BoS CoC), has posted for public review the following documents on the CoC Funding Opportunities page of the KHC website under the heading “Materials; Approved Consolidated Application”:

• 2026 CoC Application
• 2026 Priority Listings (HUD e-snaps version—includes Reallocation forms and all New, Renewal, YHDP, and Planning Project Listings)
• 2026 Local Competition Selection Results

KHC will submit the CoC Consolidated Application (CoC Application, Priority Listings, and individual project applications) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on behalf of the KY BoS CoC no later than 8 p.m. ET tonight, Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
