Apply in one of three ways:
- Create an online account in applicant RentCafé
- Call into KHC Customer Service at 877-552-7368, extension 711, to complete by phone
- Request an application via email at

No walk-in or mailed applications will be accepted.
KHC now uses HCV RENTCafé for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Project-Based Voucher, and Moderate Rehabilitation programs. HCV RENTCafé provides convenient, online access to an array of key services for applicants, residents, and landlords. The portals provide enhanced customer service, including online resources 24 hours a day, seven days a week; the ability to manage accounts online; and the reduced need to request information in person or over the telephone.
Applicant RENTCafé will provide applicants online access to:
- Information for approved applicants
- Basic applicant profile information
- Review of waiting list information, including basic application information
- Review of applicant details, including income
- Application summary downloadable to PDF with confirmation number
- Automated registration and application confirmation emails
The Tenant RENTCafé will provide tenants online access to:
Online briefing access
Basic resident information
Resident detail, including income, assets, and expenses
Housing Assistance Payments
Information on scheduled and completed inspections
