Kentucky Housing Corporation's (KHC) Asset Management and Compliance conducts inspections on KHC-assisted rental properties to ensure they meet federal and state requirements as well as criteria specified in funding agreements and contracts. These on-site and desk reviews provide tenants of our rental assistance programs and multifamily dwellings a safe, comfortable place to live.
Multifamily Projects For Sale
The owners of the properties listed below have, according to IRS Code Section 42(h)(6)(E)(i)(II), provided proper notice of intent and requests that KHC find a qualified buyer who will purchase the property. These properties are listed for a one-year period, beginning with the date of availability for purchase, for qualified entities who will maintain the low-income provisions of the property.
Interested buyers should coordinate with Matthew Mulberry, KHC's multifamily asset management loan servicing manager, to schedule a site visit or possible inspection of the property. Please be advised that the buyer must agree to operate the property in accordance with the low-income restrictions already in place.
