Stability Vouchers

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) provides rental assistance for individuals veterans and their families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or fleeing a dangerous situation.

How to Apply

This program is available by referral only.

You cannot apply directly for a Stability Voucher. KHC provides these vouchers to individuals and families who are referred to us by a partner agency, specifically the Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC).

To get help, your first step is to contact your local CoC agency.
