Services Requested
KHC is seeking potential sponsors for a sponsorship opportunity and to support affordable housing in Kentucky. We invite you to become a sponsor of #KAHC26, which will be held Wednesday and Thursday, August 5-6, 2026, at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, KY.
This annual event provides an excellent opportunity for your organization to demonstrate its support of affordable housing in Kentucky and to market your products or services. For more details, please review the full KAHC 2026 Sponsorship Opportunities Packet and materials.
Sponsorship Submissions
Completed Sponsorship Opportunities Packets must be submitted electronically no later than 5 p.m. ET Friday, July 10, 2026. You must complete the Sponsor Opportunities, Self-Reporting, and the Organization Description sections of the digital form in your submission.
Sponsorship Submissions received after the stated deadline will NOT be accepted or reviewed for selection, unless respondent can provide evidence that the cause of the delay was beyond respondent’s control. The Sponsorship Officer will make a final determination as to whether to consider the sponsorship for this round.

The Sponsorship Officer will determine whether the response could have a material effect on the sponsor's application. If so, both the question and response will be posted on KHC's website for all potential sponsors to view. If not, the response will be made only to the questioner. In either case, the file will be documented to reflect the result.
How to Apply
We have two options for participation: full sponsorship (which includes an exhibitor booth) and exhibitor-only. Please select the application that fits your needs.
Sponsor Application
For Presenting, Diamond, Gold, Silver, or Bronze levels. This application includes all sponsorship benefits plus an exhibitor booth.
Exhibitor-Only Application
For partners who wish to have an exhibitor booth without a full sponsorship package and benefits.
About the Conference
The Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference (KAHC) is the largest housing conference in the state, drawing over 700 attendees from across Kentucky and neighboring states. With 50+ sessions and 40+ sponsors, KAHC is the premier event for affordable housing partners.
