Our Communication Policies
KHC Social Media Policy
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) engages customers through many digital outlets, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Communicating with KHC through social media enables customers to contact KHC and engage in direct and meaningful ways. The goal of KHC's social media pages is to provide platforms that are conducive to real-time discussions, useful feedback, and allow public interaction in the form of comments.
Please be aware that when engaging with KHC through social media, you are agreeing to abide by the terms of this policy.
Commenting on a KHC Social Media Site
KHC shares information, images, and video with the public. Comments made by the public are reviewed and, while comments will not be edited, a comment may be deleted if it includes any of the following:
- Profane language, sexual content, pornography, or other obscene material.
- Disparaging or threatening comments.
- Defamatory, libelous, offensive, or demeaning material.
- Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
- Comments not related to the posted topic.
- Multiple successive off-topic posts, repetitive posts, or spam.
- Promotion or endorsement of services and products.
- Commercial solicitations.
- Content displaying or advocating illegal activity.
- Content that violates any local, state, or federal laws, including copyrights or trademarks.
- Campaign materials.
- Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public.
User-Created Content
Users are welcome to submit or post their own original content, including photographs and videos, where allowed. The content must meet the standards in this policy and pertain to the subject of the social media site. Reproduced or borrowed content that appears to violate third-party rights will be removed. Users should have no expectation of privacy when posting to a KHC site.
Disclaimers
Any posting to any of KHC's social media pages may be subject to disclosure by third parties. KHC reserves the right to remove any posts or comments at its discretion. KHC has not evaluated and does not endorse any products advertised or any opinions expressed on any of its social media pages.

KHC Text Message (SMS) Policy
You agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency will vary. KHC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages or change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.
How to Opt-Out
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out at any time. You may receive a mobile message confirming your decision. You understand that these are the only reasonable methods of opting out.

Texting "HELP" or emailing this address is not an acceptable method of opting out.
