Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has issued a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOIRROF) for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funding that will be used on the project.

KHC will accept public comment on this Environmental Review Record through August 26, 2026.
