The 2025 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference (KAHC) will be held August 20-21 2025, at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky.
#KAHC25 is hosted by KHC and addresses the many facets for affordable housing in the Commonwealth — single-family development, multifamily development, homeownership, housing counseling, energy efficiency, and housing for special populations. This year, our breakout sessions will cover pertinent topics including alternative housing, HMIS data collection, compliance, NSPIRE, social media, radon, the National Association of Realtors settlement, solar design, FICO and VantageScore, and using lived experience in specialized housing.
The conference's main focus is on the state's housing gap and ways to address it. It was a dynamic conference full of great conversations! Join us as we discuss ways we can collectively close the gap.
