Due to changes Western Union has implemented in processing Quick Collect payments, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will no longer participate with this payment method, effective October 1, 2020.
You can still pay in the following ways:
FREE online payments at
Automated Phone System – Dial 703-857-2117 or 800-341-5622, opt. 3. You will need your loan number, and there is a $5 charge per loan to use this service.
Check by Phone – Call 502-605-1317 or 800-341-5622, opt. 6. You must have the routing and account number for your checking account, and there is a $10 fee for this service.
U.S. Mail – Use your monthly coupon from your payment booklet and mail your payment.
Drop-Off – We have a drop box just inside our main entrance that is available 24 hours a day.
Please do not leave cash in the drop box. If you are paying with cash, obtain a money order and place the money order in an envelope with your payment coupon or write your loan number on the money order.

Make A Payment
This button will take you to the online payment system. First-time users must register by entering your loan information and setting up a login and password. You will be able to check your payment due dates, loan balances, payment history, and even make your payments online. We suggest you use Google Chrome when accessing the payment portal.
Multifamily LoansMultifamily loanholders can click here to check your monthly/annual payment due dates, loan balances, and payment history. If you are unable to view your loan, you will need to contact Multifamily Servicing at 1-800-341-5622, extension 256 or 328.
