​​Adding Properties

​Once you've been added as a user in the Padmssion portal, adding an available property is easy!

​General Property Information

Properties can be added by roperty manager or housing locator users. The process for adding a new property as simple, and uses the step-by-step wizard to build a property profile and connect the property to a property manager user.

Add Photos

Once the property has been added, property manager or housing locator users may add images to the property's profile. The main image will appear on the search results page and additional images may be added to the scroll through for a property.

Add Floorplans

This is where a property manager will indicate which sizes of units exist at the property and how many of each plan is currently available for rent.

​Select Housing Programs

Property managers will select which of the housing program they accept at their properties. This drives the search results for program participants and case managers.

​Add Utilities and Finalize

Property managers will indicate which utilities exist at the property, who's responsible for them, as well as the providers for each. The final step is to activate the property and you're all set.

Note

Property managers should add and activate all the properties they have, even if there is no current availability, indicating on the floor plan screen there is zero (0) availability. This ensures the property information only has to be entered once; when you have availability in a unit, you simply need to update the floor plan availability.
