While Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) provides the HCV Program for much of the state, several cities and counties (Louisville and Lexington, in particular) have their own public housing agencies that administer the program locally. Attention Rental Property Owners: Do you have rental properties in any of the counties administered by KHC? If you do, please consider renting to a Section 8 certificate or voucher participant. KHC will be happy to list your vacant unit for all participating families looking for rental housing. It is voluntary to participate, and you should screen potential tenants.
