Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) monitors the use of funds awarded through various housing programs. Agencies awarded funds must adhere to federal and state regulations, funding agreements, contracts, and other agreements with KHC. KHC monitors compliance through on-site reviews and desk reviews.
On-site reviews are performed at the service provider's place of business and consist of a comprehensive review of client files, financial records, and other program-required documentation.
Desk reviews are abbreviated reviews, where the compliance officer requests specific items be forwarded to KHC for review at our office.
