Mortgage Lending Partners | KHC's partners that help provide and support homeownership in the Commonwealth; this includes lenders, real estate agents, and housing counselors.

Developers | Nonprofit and for-profit housing providers, including builders, developers, and individuals for the development, construction, and rehabilitation of affordable housing.

Continuum of Care | Kentucky Balance of State Continuum of Care (KY BoS CoC) refers to the comprehensive approach of addressing homelessness through outreach, intake, and assessment; emergency shelter services; transitional housing services; and permanent supportive housing for people with disabilities with partners across the state.

Rental Partners | Through the execution of federal Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts KHC is able to provide rental assistance through the PBCA program and the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) program; this includes landlords and building/property managers.

Inspection and Compliance | KHC's Asset Management and Compliance conducts inspections on KHC-assisted rental properties to ensure they meet federal and state requirements as well as criteria specified in funding agreements and contracts.

REE Training Center | KHC's Residential Energy Efficiency (REE) Training Center offers an array of training courses for professionals in the building and energy efficiency industries.
