​​​​​​​​Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) relies on its partners throughout the state to advance the mission of affordable housing. These organizations and individuals connect Kentuckians to housing programs and opportunities that improve their quality of life and provide them security and stability.

​​​Mortgage Lending Partners
KHC's partners that help provide and support homeownership in the Commonwealth; this includes lenders, real estate agents, and housing counselors.
​​Developers
Nonprofit and for-profit housing providers, including builders, developers, and individuals for the development, construction, and rehabilitation of affordable housing.
​​​​​Continuum of Care
​Kentucky Balance of State Continuum of Care (KY BoS CoC) refers to the comprehensive approach of addressing homelessness through outreach, intake, and assessment; emergency shelter services; tra​nsitional housing services; and permanent supportive housing for people with disabilities with partners across the state.
​​​​​Rental Partners
Through the execution of federal Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts KHC is able to provide rental assistance through the PBCA program and the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) program; this includes landlords and building/property managers.
​​​​​Inspection and Compliance
​KHC's Asset Management and Compliance conducts inspections on KHC-assisted rental properties to ensure they meet federal and state requirements as well as criteria specified in funding agreements and contracts.
​​​​​REE Training Center
KHC's Residential Energy Efficiency (REE) Training Center offers an array of training courses for professionals in the building and energy efficiency industries.
