​Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will accept public comments on the Environmental Review Record of the following project. KHC has determined that it will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required.​​​​

Follow this link​ to download the Environmental Review Record for the new construction of a single-family detached home for sale to a low-income homebuyer on a lot located at 502 Plum St., Henderson, Henderson County, KY (geographic coordinates: 37.829246, -87.595666) by Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, KY, Inc. Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has issued a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOIRROF) for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funding that will be used on the project.  

KHC will accept public comment on this Environmental Review Record through May 20, 2026. ​Single-Family Tax-Exempt Revenue Bond Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held via teleconference by the Kentucky Housing Corporation (the “Corporation") at 9 a.m. EDT May 19, 2026. Pursuant to Rev. Proc. 2022-20, the public hearing shall be accessed by dialing toll-free number 1‑888-633-0347,,11883581#. No in-person hearing will be held. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide members of the public an opportunity to express their views, either verbally or in writing, on the issuance by the Corporation of its tax-exempt single family revenue bonds, notes or other obligations, in one or more series or subseries pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $600,000,000 (collectively, the “Bonds"), pursuant to Chapter 198A of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, as amended, and Section 143 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code").​ Read the complete notice​ for more information.
