Our exciting line-up includes keynotes from author and Opticos Design founder Daniel Parolek speaking about his book,
Missing Middle Housing, and Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Deputy Executive Director of Housing Programs Wendy Smith and Dr. Patrick Bowen of Bowen National Research presenting their latest findings about the
Kentucky Housing Supply Gap Analysis.
#KAHC24 is hosted by KHC and addresses the many facets for affordable housing in the Commonwealth — single-family development, multifamily development, homeownership, housing counseling, energy efficiency, and housing for special populations. This year, our breakout sessions will cover pertinent topics including manufactured and alternative housing, HMIS data collection, compliance, NSPIRE, social media, radon, the National Association of Realtors settlement, solar design, FICO and VantageScore, and using lived experience in specialized housing.
The conference's main focus is on the state's housing gap and ways to address it. It will be a dynamic conference full of great conversations! Join us as we discuss ways we can collectively close the gap.
See the
Agenda At-At Glance for a list of sessions.
Personal registration links will be sent directly to accepted sponsors and exhibitors, as well as KHC staff and board members.
