Kentucky Housing Corporation and Bowen National Research conducted a comprehensive study of Kentucky's housing supply gaps. They announced April 16, that to meet the current demand, Kentucky would have to construct 206,207 new housing units. This summer, KHC will release its findings about future housing supply gaps projected to impact Kentucky counties in five years. To see the data and to learn more, visit kyhousingsupplygap.org.
