Partners Providing Housing 

KHC is permitting all owners of low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC") properties within the Commonwealth of Kentucky to provide temporary emergency housing to displaced individuals affected by Hurricane Harvey. Please review the Emergency Housing Relief Authorization. 

Disaster Relief Forms

Owners and managers of Housing Tax Credit (HTC) properties who wish to provide temporary emergency housing to displaced residents must have written approval from the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC). Review the list of eligible counties here:
