Mortgage Servicers

As a servicer, you are a key to success for the Unemployment Bridge Program.  We are so happy to have your help getting this wonderful resource out to your communities.

To participate in the Unemployment Bridge Loan Program, servicers must enroll.  As a participating servicer, you will receive monthly mortgage payments for eligible customers and share in a data exchange program.  All payments will occur through Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.  KHC does not require agreements be signed; however, a completed enrollment form is required to participate.
