If you think you may be eligible for the Safe Havens program, you MUST contact a case manager in your area. Your case manager will determine if you meet the necessary criteria and help you complete all paperwork.
To find a case manager in your area, click on the district below that serves your county of residence. Each district list is divided into three sections: "Homeless Families with Children," "Domestic Violence" and "Severe and Persistant Mental Illness." Please contact an agency within your district assigned to work with your particular situation.
