E-Mail Help

Yahoo, Verizon, and SBC Subscribers:
1. Click on the "Add to Address Book" link at the top of your browser (next to the From Address).
2. Once the "Add to Address Book" window opens, enter any optional fields, and then click "Add to Address Book."
3. A confirmation message at the top of your screen will indicate you have added kyhousing.org to your Address Book; if you have enabled image blocking, you will need to enable them to see images.
4. Click on "Mail Options" in the upper-right-hand corner of your browser.
5. Click on "General Preferences" under the Personalization heading.
6. Go to the Security section and uncheck the box marked "Block HTML Graphics in e-mail messages from being downloaded."
7. Click "Save" at either the top or bottom of your browser.

Hotmail Subscribers:
1. Click on the "Save Address" link in the toolbar of your browser.
2. Check the "Add to Contacts" checkbox.
3. Click "OK."

Gmail Subscribers:
1. Click the drop-down arrow near the top-right corner of the e-mail message.
2. Click "Add kyhousing.org to Contacts list."

Apple Mail 
1. Add the e-mail address to your address book.
2. To add an e-mail that arrived in the JUNK folder, highlight the e-mail message.
3. Choose Message>Mark>As Not Junk Mail.
 

Comcast Subscribers:
1. Click on the "Save Address" link at the top of the e-mail (next to the From Address).
2. Enter Ky Housing in the First Name field.
3. Click "Save Entry."

AOL Subscribers:
1. Click on the "Add Address" icon at the top of your browser.
2. Make sure our address, kyhousing.org, is in the e-mail field.
3. Click "Save."

MSN Subscribers
1. Click on the "Save Addresses" link in the toolbar.
2. Check the "Add to Contacts" checkbox.
3. Click "Save."

SBCGlobal Subscribers:
1. Click "Mail Options."
2. Click "Filters."
3. Click "Add Filter."
4. In the top row, labeled "From header:" make sure "Contains" is selected in the pull-down menu.
5. Enter our address khcegram@kyhousing.org. 
6. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select "Inbox" from the pull-down menu.
7. Click the "Add Filter" button.

Earthlink Subscribers:
1. Click "Add to Address Book" in the e-mail header.
2. Make sure our address, khcegram@kyhousing.org. is correct in the "Address Book Editor."
3. Click "Save."

 

Juno/Netzero Subscribers: 
1. From your mailbox screen click on the "Address Book" tab.
2. Next to the "Lists" tab, click the "Add new contact" link.
3. Type in or paste khcegram@kyhousing.org into the "E-Mail Address" block.
4. Click "Save."

AT&T Subscribers:
1. Click on the "Save Address" link (next to the From Address).
2. Enter Ky Housing in the First Name field.
3. Click "Save."

BellSouth Subscribers:
1. Click "Address Book" in the e-mail header.
2. Select “ADD Contact.”
3. Type or copy and paste khcegram@kyhousing.org in the e-mail text box.
4. Click "Save."

Using Outlook:
1. Select Actions menu.
2. Select Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options.
3. Select “Add Sender to Safe Senders List."
4. Click "OK."

Using OS X Mail:
1. Open Address Book and choose "New Card."
2. Add the contact information you like to all applicable fields - type or paste in our address khcegram@kyhousing.org.
3. When you're done, click the "Edit" button to view the finished card.

Other:
If you are not receiving KHC eGrams in your inbox, please check your bulk or spam folders.  If the eGram was delivered to your bulk or spam folder, please mark it as Not Spam to ensure future delivery to your inbox.  You may also ensure delivery to your inbox by adding khcegram@kyhousing.org to your address book, contact list, or safe list.
