To become certified, real estate agents must attend one of KHC's free* real estate continuing education classes. These classes are approved for three elective credit hours by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. By attending a class, these real estate agents demonstrate a commitment to presenting affordable home-financing solutions to their home buyers.
To date, 1,198 real estate agents in 117 counties have become KHC-Certified. These real estate professionals receive free advertising and exposure to lenders and home buyers.
Classes will be announced in KHC's eGrams and on KHC's Homeownership Calendar.
