For a lender to participate with the Mortgage Credit Certificates Program (MCC), they must be in good standing with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, review the MCC Program Manual, complete Appendix D (MCC Lender Participation Agreement), and return the agreement to KHC with a $750 lender participation fee.
