Buying a Home with KHC

For all KHC mortgage loans, a homebuyer must apply through a KHC-approved lender to work with our loans. We partner with approved lenders across the state to provide you with the best mortgage loan options. By doing this, the buyer will know how much house they can afford based on income and debt.

KHC’s loans are subject to certain restrictions, and the lender will see if you meet qualifying guidelines. Additionally, the lender will be able to recommend any KHC down payment assistance for which you may qualify.

For more information about KHC's affordable home loans, DAPs, and Homebuyer Tax Credit, please visit KHC's Homebuyers page.

KHC invests in affordable housing solutions by offering programs and services designed to develop, preserve, and sustain affordable housing throughout the state.
