A public hearing for the 2016 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit)
Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) will be held from 9 a.m.-noon on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, in the conference room of the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, 100 Airport Road, Frankfort, Kentucky.

KHC has $3.5 million available at 2 percent interest rate, fixed for 30 years. This special funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis starting July, 8, 2015, with new reservations.

KHC is soliciting proposal for Capital Needs Assessment.
Proposals must be received by 5 p.m.. Friday, July 31, 2015.

On June 19, Lieutenant Governor Crit Luallen announced a special 1 percent financing program to make buying a home more affordable for residents in the 54-county SOAR region.
