GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for entry level review, scoring and administration of multifamily housing projects requesting an award of KHC resources including, but not limited to: Multifamily Tax Exempt Bonds, Tax Credits, HOME, Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF), SMAL, Housing Development Fund (HDF), and Risk Sharing. Project administration at this level requires direct oversight by a Multifamily Project Specialist, during the review, scoring and project management of funding awarded through KHC's programs to ensure adherence to all program funding requirements.
Responsibilities include providing ongoing technical assistance to applicants and developers and/or consultants, updating the multifamily project management system, and maintaining quality control of the project information retained within appropriate systems.
