Job Title: Paralegal II - Real Estate
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Group: Legal Services and Compliance
Grade: 26
Salary Range: $37,908 - $47,384

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Assists legal department attorneys in acquiring the information and drafting documentation needed to prepare for hearings, closings and corporate meetings. Analyzes information, performs legal research, drafts pleadings and motions, prepares reports and researches complex legal matters. Prepare legal documents that require an advanced legal knowledge of specific subject areas. Assists staff of corporation in resolving program and legal issues. Performs other duties and completes special projects as assigned by the corporate attorneys.
