Job Title: Paralegal I
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Group: Legal Services and Compliance
Grade: 25
Salary Range: $37,908 - $47,384

General Purpose of the Job:

Assists legal department attorneys in acquiring the information needed to prepare for closings and corporate meetings. Assists in preparing legal documents such as contracts and agreements. Assists with real estate matters, including survey and title, as well as drafting loan documents. Organizes, indexes and tracks files and information. Analyzes and organizes information to produce reports. Provides administrative support for department attorneys. Performs other duties and completes special projects as assigned by the corporate attorneys.
