Job Title: Mortgage Loan Closer and Quality Review Specialist
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Group: Single-Family Programs
Grade: 25
Hourly Pay Range: $16.90 - $21.13

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Requires a working knowledge of all Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and federal regulations as it relates to closing and insuring FHA, VA, RHS and conventional loans. This includes first and second mortgage loans generated from correspondent and third party originators. Manage pipeline and work closely with outside partners to ensure timely closings and delivery of loans to ensure deadlines are met. Must ensure all closed loans are complete and accurate to meet regulatory requirements of the various insuring agencies along with GNMA, FNMA, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS), Treasury and KHC requirements. Evaluate and identify problems, work w/ partners to take corrective action and assesses fees as needed, manages risk and proceeds with implementation of appropriate corrective actions to mitigate the same.

Position needs to have experience in the mortgage industry preferably in loan closings, closed loan review process which include all federal, state and KHC policy and procedures to include knowledge of Notes, Mortgages and Title policies.
