GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for working directly with the Mortgage Business Administrator to evaluate staffing needs to improve workflow processes that expand beyond computer systems. Responsible for training staff on new processes as they are developed and sharing a working knowledge of originations, processing, closing, post-closing and funding area job duties and responsibilities. Serve as the designated "corporate" administrator for monitoring KHC user access, ensuring users are registered and have appropriate access to various required systems based on job functions. Responsible for pulling Crystal Reports for various areas of the department, also involved in weekly delivery of loans to GNMA and FNMA and management of pipeline of loans, creating pool shipments, committing FNMA loans, exporting required information to various systems w/ GNMA and FNMA. Serves as the main back-up on the Homeownership Protection Center (HPC) system, to Mortgage Business Administrator and Financial Analyst.
