Job Title: MOR Asset Specialist
FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Group: Tenant Assistance Programs
Salary Range: $37,908 - $47,384

Responsible for asset monitoring by coordinating and conducting Management & Occupancy Reviews (MOR)s for adherence to regulations, policies, and related statutes for assigned Project- Based Section 8 federally assisted residential properties. Prepares written notifications and responses (HUD defined). Serves as point of contact and provides technical assistance to property owners/managing agents as well as residents. Documents and tracks compliance reviews to ensure timely completion and adherence to federal guidelines and contract requirements. Assists in regulatory research and development of review procedures to ensure an effective and efficient review program.   

This position has the potential to work from home. Extensive travel throughout the state is required.
