Job Title: Construction Specialist II
FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Group: Multifamily Programs
Grade: 27
Salary Range: $43,594 - $54,492

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Responsible for conducting inspections of new construction and rehabilitation projects multi-family and single-family units that are funded by KHC. Reviews “Physical Needs Assessments” on large Rehab projects. Provides review of construction “Change Orders” and “Payment Request” and authorizes fund releases on construction completed. Acts as liaison to KHC Program representatives in regard to construction problems and related issues. Provides inspection services as needed for various other programs such as REAC, HQS, ARC, etc.
