Job Title: Reporting Specialist I
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Group: Housing Contract Administration
Reports To: Data Analysis and Systems Supervisor
Grade: 26
Hourly Pay Range: $19.44 - $24.30

Responsible for coordination of all Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Housing Contract Administration (HCA) reporting activities in accordance with funding requirements and program guidelines, including updating management and educating staff and agencies on assigned projects. Provides technical assistance relating to reporting processes and ensuring adherence to timelines.  Uses quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate, analyze, report, present and publish data primarily from the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) but also from other internal and external sources.
