Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) issues a Request for Qualifications from qualified market analyst and/or market analysis firms with experience in income-restricted multifamily properties to provide professional market analysis services.
 

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) posted the Minimum Design Standards for Rehabilitation of Single-Family Detached Housing Units for public comment.  The comment period will close Friday, June 7, 2013.

Due to overwhelming demand, the waiting list for Section 8 in the 87 counties in which KHC administers the program will not be accepting applications until further notice. 
 

The 2013 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference will take place Wednesday and Thursday, October 9 and 10, at the Hyatt Regency and Lexington Convention Center.
